Structural Carpentry and Framing Services

I provide specialty carpentry services focused on structural framing, reinforcement, and repair of residential and light commercial buildings. All work is limited to hands-on carpentry within prescriptive building code standards and manufacturer-approved fastening systems.

Structural Framing Reinforcement

Installation and replacement of structural framing members to support existing floor, wall, and ceiling systems. This includes beams, posts, joists, studs, and blocking required to restore structural continuity, correct deflection, or support approved remodel work.

All framing is performed using standard carpentry practices and approved hardware, with engineered details followed when provided by others.

Framing Repairs and Structural Corrections

Repair and replacement of damaged or deteriorated framing caused by age, moisture exposure, or previous alterations. Services include:

• Floor framing repairs
• Wall framing repairs
• Ceiling and overhead framing repairs

Work is limited to exposed framing components and does not include roofing systems, demolition services, or foundation work.

Remodel Support Framing
